It details how Nebraska based Mutual of Omaha took a proactive approach to their ongoing maintenance and enhancement spend using usage monitoring.

SAM specialists David Mansfield and Paul ‘Doc’ Burnham describe the three pillars of their project:

  1. Usage based license negotiation
  2. Maintenance and Enhancement demand management
  3. Early and continuous maintenance and enhancement planning
