What are the secrets to success with ITAM tools and managed service providers?
I would like to revisit research first conducted in 2016 by The ITAM Review to explore how ITAM Review readers are getting on with implementing ITAM tools and engaging with ITAM managed service providers. The original call for participants from 2016 can be found here, and the final results were released as a free video in 2017 here.

ITAM Technology Success Factors
This ITAM Review community survey looks at the secrets of success for ITAM tool implementation and what characteristics organisations seek when selecting service providers.
No ITAM tool or Service Provider offers a silver bullet to the complexity of ITAM; it takes a balanced approach of People, Process and Technology – but what are the true secrets to succeeding with ITAM technology?
