Rich Gibbons, ITAM Services Director, The ITAM Review
Rich has almost 15 years’ experience in the world of IT and software licensing, having been both a software sales manager for a VAR and a Microsoft licensing endorsed trainer.
A Northerner renowned for his shirts, Rich is a fan of most films, Hip-Hop, travel, football in general (and specifically MUFC), Marvel and reading as many books as possible. Finding ways to combine these with software licensing is always fun.
Chris Taplin, Vice President of Solution Consulting, Snow Software
Chris Taplin is responsible for managing Snow teams across the globe. These teams support customers and prospective customers during the technical evaluation phase of Snow software, demonstrating, presenting and answering technical and business questions on all areas of ITAM, from software to SaaS to hybrid cloud environments. The teams also cover risk management, security and licence entitlements as well as business value. Chris has been in the software Industry for 23 years including ten years at SAP but also Adobe, Oracle and start-ups. He has held various roles from Professional Services to Sales but mainly senior Solution Consulting leadership positions.
