Join The ITAM Review’s Rich Gibbons for a live webinar on ‘There’s no ITAM in Digital Transformation: How to change this for your organisation’ on Tuesday 7th May 2019 at 4pm BST.
As digital transformation projects continue apace throughout organisations, how can you ensure ITAM is involved with decisions throughout the project?
More and more, as companies look to move faster and gain a competitive advantage, IT buying decisions are being made directly by business units. Not involving central IT may allow projects to move more quickly, but what does it mean for key areas such as compliance, and cost management?
Hear from Andy Hallett, Investment Director at global specialist recruiter SThree, as he discusses their journey of modernising the business using new digital and cloud platforms…and how IT, and IT Asset Management, were managed differently. Learn what these changes looked like, which stakeholders were involved, and what you can do to get ITAM to the digital transformation table within your organisation.
