What are the strengths of this product?

Requires minimal internal overhead, as we only have to provide raw data for entitlement, hardware inventory and consumption to receive a detailed compliance report suitable for both managers & technical staff.
Free on-premises discovery tools.
Provides access to licensing expertise which we would find difficult or costly to source elsewhere.

What are the weaknesses of this product?

Managed services discourage the development of in-house expertise, policies and process improvements as it's so easy to rely on them.
Compliance reports are static as they are based on a snapshop, not on live data.
The FOCUS service didn't handle cloud services well, relying on on-premises connectors & Powershell scripts to query licence availabilities & consumption (it's being replaced by CLARITY, which has many more features promised but at a higher annual cost).

What features would you add if you had the choice?

Better native integration with public cloud services, especially Azure & Office 365.
