Overall interface for IT staff.

What are the weaknesses of this product?

Price/quality, expensive compared to other solutions.

What features would you add if you had the choice?

Improved out of the box integration with Management software like SCCM, SolarWinds Orion, SCOM.

What are the strengths of this product?

Mapping the discovery results yourself to your software models.

What are the weaknesses of this product?

The time it takes to map your discovery results and the time it takes to figure out the system behind the software counters and to adjust your software model configuration so the counter reporting is correct.

What features would you add if you had the choice?

Moving the upgrade path from the software models to the individual licenses and additional license models.

The fact that it is so customizable. There are so many things you can do with the product, you really are bound by your imagination.

What are the weaknesses of this product?

While it is very customizable, it does take time to understand everything that goes into the pieces you are customizing.

What are the strengths of this product?

Easy to find needed information. Asset Management system is very robust. Much easier to track licenses that our previous product Altiris.

What are the weaknesses of this product?

Can be a little bit of a learning curve to learn the product.

What features would you add if you had the choice?

Drag and drop. Better sorting.

What are the strengths of this product?

Flexibility and integration with other modules critical to holistic SAM view of the enterprise. Vendor modules integrated with contract and SAM modules.

What are the weaknesses of this product?

Sometimes confusing to know WHERE a user is in the "STACK" of SN mods. Lack of visibility to overall utilization of the mods---who is really USING the mods/dashboards etc.

What features would you add if you had the choice?

Improved SDK, improved libraries, tighter integration of existing discovery platforms across all PaaS components.
