About this event

Join industry experts AJ Witt from The ITAM Review, Bryan Blackburn from ServiceNow and David Foxen from SAM Beast Consulting Ltd on Tuesday, September 15th at 12pm EDT / 9am PDT as we discuss how to boost business resilience with Hardware Asset Management.

Strategic cost-cutting isn’t a new business strategy by any means, but it is now becoming increasingly critical for business resilience and growth. As a quick path to value and savings, IT teams are taking a deep look into their asset estate to determine what’s owned, what’s being used, where everything is (physically or virtually), and how much everything costs. The insight gained is not only helping identify and reduce IT waste but is also revealing inefficiencies in hardware asset management (HAM) processes and activities.

By tracking the full asset lifecycle, you can provide quality IT services to your employees, strategically plan for asset refreshes, and create workflows that simplify and automate how HAM is done—while adding value across the organization.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • Some of the common challenges managing assets in a dynamic business environment
  • How to identify opportunities to reduce asset cost and simplify asset management processes
  • Best practices on how to implement HAM quickly
  • How to engage stakeholders and boost business resilience with HAM as a strategic, C-level priority
